DARIAH Working Group Open Meetings 2021, Online | Ongoing

The series of the DARIAH Working Group Open Meetings 2021 is ongoing and open to everyone to attend. Running until December 2021, the aim of these Open Meetings is to present current work undertaken by the Working Groups in 2020 and 2021 and share future plans, providing a space for exchange, dialogue and collaboration.

Upcoming November Meetings:

  • Thursday, November 4 | 10:30-12:00 CET: Open Meeting organised by the Sustainable Publishing of Metadata Working Group inviting updates on their development status and the achievements reached during the past year, such as CLARIAH-VL, the Virtual Lab developed by the Royal Library of Belgium (KBR) and the European Holocaust Research Infrastructure (EHRI).

  • Thursday, November 11 | 10:30-12:00 CET: Open Meeting organised by the Digital Numismatics Working Group presenting various aspects of the advances in numismatic LOD that have been made in the past year, including the development of the ontology and vocabulary, as well as new projects.

  • Thursday, November 18 | 10:30-12:00 CET: Open Meeting organised by the Thesaurus Maintenance Working Group reporting on past and current outputs focused on the experience of BBT users, outlining the challenges encountered in the curatorial process, designing solutions for new issues and planning of next steps.

  • Thursday, November 25 | 10:30-12:00 CET: Open Meeting organised by the Community Engagement Working Group presenting reflections from the past year and inviting participants to discuss potential needs in Community Engagement.
