Call for papers Conference on Language Technologies and Digital Humanities JT-DH 2026

DARIAH Slovenia is pleased to invite you to JT-DH 2026, the biennial Conference on Language Technologies and Digital Humanities, which will take place on 17–18 September 2026 at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, University of Ljubljana (Slovenia).

JT-DH has a long-standing tradition, originating as a conference on language technologies in 1998 and expanding thematically in 2016 to include digital humanities. The conference brings together researchers and practitioners working in natural language processing, language technologies, digital linguistics, and digital humanities, providing a forum for interdisciplinary exchange and collaboration.

Contributions addressing theoretical, methodological, and applied aspects of these fields are welcome.

• 24 April 2026 – Submission deadline

• 12 June 2026 – Notification of acceptance

• 7 August 2026 – Final submission deadline

• 28 August 2026 – Registration deadline

• 16 September 2026 – Pre-conference events and workshops
